1. Contractual Basis and Services
All our services and deliveries are solely conducted on the following Terms and Conditions. All services are subject to be changed without any notice.
2. Ordering
You can place an order via:
Indepent of your order way, please tell us:

3. Prices, payment and shipping
All prices are including VAT without shipping. For Reseller and tradesman the prices are excluding VAT and without shipment. You can pay by money transfer in Advance to our bankaccount and Cash on Delivery (only in Germany). We have the following
shipping costs:
Within Germany: 6,50 Euro (up to 5 kg), 8,50 Euro (from 5 kg)
To Europe: 12,90 Euro (up to 5 kg), 17,90 Euro (from 5kg)
Worldwide: 34,90 Euro (up to 5 kg),
Our goods are shipped by DHL or GLS.
When paying by Cash on Delivery a fee of 5,60 Euro will be charged directly by DHL during the delivery.
The minimum order for tradesman or reseller is 80,- Euros.
4. Warranty
We offer warranty as requested by law.
5. Conditional Sale
All goods will be our property untill fully paid.
6. Color Deviation
Due to the fact that our products are handsmade there may be light deviations in colors. All numbers regarding weight and length are approximately values.
7. Right of Withdrawal
If the customer is an end consumer the following is valid:
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw his declaration of intent directed to the conclusion of the contract within one month of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal must not contain any justification and must be declared in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods to the Vendor; for the observation of the deadline, the timely dispatch is sufficient. The deadline begins no sooner than the receipt of the goods and the advice about the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received payments must be returned and, if necessary, the uses made must be published. The user must pay compensation for any deterioration resulting from the use of the goods in accordance with the regulations. The user may inspect the goods carefully and cautiously. The loss of value resulting from the use beyond the inspection which leads to the fact that the goods cannot be sold as new, must be compensated for by the consumer. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively attributable to the inspection that would have been possible in the retail shop. Incidentally, the obligation to pay compensation for the loss of value can be avoided if the consumer does not put the goods to use like an owner and refrains from any action which could reduce their value. Packable items must be sent back. Non-packable items are collected from the consumer.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal for an order value of up to € 40, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the goods ordered. In the event of an order value exceeding € 40, the consumer is not required to bear the costs of returning the goods.
Remark:
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the goods named in § 312 d Para. 4 BGB. These include, among others:
- Delivery of goods manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly customized to the personal needs of the customer or which, by virtue of their composition, are not appropriate for being returned or can rapidly become spoiled or the expiration date of which would be exceeded,
- Delivery of newspapers, journals and magazines.

8. Data Protection
Customer data are stored and processed by the Vendor subject to observance of the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) Personal data are requested exclusively for the execution of the order, unless the customer wishes to receive additional services.
The personal data of the customer are of course handled confidentially, and in particular will not be passed on for the purposes of advertising, market research or opinion polling.
At any time the customer can demand the status of his stored data or request the deletion of his data.
9. Final Clauses
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany will apply. In the case of users who do not enter into the contract for professional or commercial purposes, this election of jurisdiction is only applicable insofar as the protection granted by compulsory provisions of law in the state in which the user has his habitual residence is not withdrawn.
The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods are not applicable.
If the customer is a merchant, legal person under public law or a separate estate governed by public law, then the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from this contract is Wertheim. The same applies if the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if his domicile or habitual residence at the time of commencement of the action are not known.
If individual regulations of the contract with the customer including these general trading conditions should be totally or partly ineffective or become, then thereby the validity of the remaining regulations is not affected. Those totally or partly ineffective regulation is to be replaced by a regulation, whose economic success that comes the ineffective if possible close.
The German version is solely authoritative for interpretation of these Terms.
